ESTABLISHED IN 2012 locally famed restauranteur – Carmine Giardini – made Carmines Coal Fired Pizza his 6th location. Moving from Vittorito, Italy, Giardini began as a butcher in Connecticut. After relocating to South Florida, he opened up his first meat market in 1972 located in Pembroke Pines.
Family Owned. Community loved.
It originated as a one stop shop for quality meats but quickly became the inspiration and framework behind what is now a successful restaurant group that has been proudly serving South Florida for over four decades.
