Moving from Vittorito, Italy, Carmine Giardini began as a butcher in Connecticut. After relocating to South Florida, he opened up his first meat market in 1972 located in Pembroke Pines. It originated as a one-stop shop for quality meats but quickly became the inspiration and framework behind what is now a successful restaurant group that has been proudly serving South Florida for over four decades.

Established in 2012, the family-owned and operated eatery, Carmines Coal Fired Pizza, prides itself on serving old-world Italian with a new world twist.
